Terms of Service

WedBliss is an online wedding planning platform that offers:

• Task and wedding timeline management
• Budget and expense management
• Guest list and RSVP tracking
• Seating arrangement
• Photo gallery and sharing
• Wedding day coordination (Live mode)

The service is available as a web application and progressive web app (PWA).

For couples (B2C):

• Access via VIP code from a wedding agency is free
• DIY version may be charged according to current pricing

For agencies (B2B):

• START plan: from €39/month
• PRO plan: from €99/month
• ELITE plan: from €199/month

Current prices at wedbliss.app. Prices exclude VAT.

Payment terms:

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancellation is possible anytime before the next period

• 14-day refund: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason
• Subscription cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your account settings. The service remains active until the end of the paid period
• Refund policy: For withdrawal within 14 days, we refund the full amount. After 14 days, we do not refund the proportional amount

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Not upload malicious content or malware
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the system

Violation of the rules may result in account suspension without refund.

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for data loss caused by your error or third party
• We are not responsible for damages caused by service outage
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

We regularly backup data, but we recommend storing important information outside the platform.
