Terms of Service

WedBliss is an online wedding planning platform that offers:

• Task and wedding timeline management
• Budget and expense management
• Guest list and RSVP tracking
• Seating arrangement
• Photo gallery and sharing
• Wedding day coordination (Live mode)

The service is available as a web application and progressive web app (PWA).

For couples (B2C):

• Access via VIP code from a wedding agency is free
• Planning a wedding on your own is free. The AI planner is a one-time payment according to the current price list.

For agencies (B2B):

• Free: 1 active wedding, no time limit
• Studio: 490 CZK / €19 per month (yearly 4,900 CZK / €190), up to 5 active weddings
• VIP: 990 CZK / €39 per month (yearly 9,900 CZK / €390), unlimited weddings

Payment terms:

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancellation is possible anytime before the next period

• 14-day refund: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason
• Subscription cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your account settings. The service remains active until the end of the paid period
• Refund policy: For withdrawal within 14 days, we refund the full amount. After 14 days, we do not refund the proportional amount

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Not upload malicious content or malware
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the system

Violation of the rules may result in account suspension without refund.

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for data loss caused by your error or third party
• We are not responsible for damages caused by service outage
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

We regularly backup data, but we recommend storing important information outside the platform.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic
• Disputes will be resolved in the competent court in the Czech Republic
• We reserve the right to change the terms with 30 days notice
• You will be notified of changes by email

Some features and content of the WedBliss service are created using artificial intelligence systems, for example the generation of wedding plans. These AI outputs are always labeled.
